Based on the digital test results, applicants proceed with individual interviews. In this environment on-the-spot thinking and knowledge is tested with challenging scenarios. This way we verify understanding of the full process of automation and the answers submitted on the digital test.
Participant answers on the digital test and interviews are added up to a total number. The total percentage of correct answers is the score.
Scores higher than 80% result in a Codamake Automation Expert certificate being awarded.
Certifications can be verified with a unique code that experts can share with anyone. Professionals in the industry can see what expert received their certificate at which time. There the version of the test and individual at Codamake managing the assessment is listed. Each certificate includes an audit trail to the test version, coach and assessor to uphold our internal standards.
VerifyThe Codamake organisation has regular interviews with all certified experts, and those training to become one. Expert community members continue learning and receiving training to ensure up to date information.
